HVAC Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

Managing multiple Test and Balance projects remotely, the full-time HVAC Quality Assurance Manager will oversee field crews, ensure adherence to testing procedures, and maintain relationships with third-party vendors while delivering project results.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage Test and Balance projects, overseeing field crews for adherence to procedures
• Review mechanical drawings and specifications to assist teams and develop scopes of work for site issues
• Communicate with customers and project teams to provide updates and manage project scope, schedule, and costs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC installations
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including air balancing and duct design
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
• Certification through NEBB, AABC, or TABB preferred
• Project Management Certification and/or PMI Certification preferred but not required
