HVAC Trade Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing client base, the full-time HVAC Trade Specialist will manage vendor relationships, review quotes for appropriateness, and serve as a subject matter expert on trade-related issues, all while working remotely from the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and vendors to understand and address their operational needs
- Review vendor quotes to ensure the scope and pricing of work are appropriate for clients
- Serve as a key point of contact for resolving issues with vendors and clients, driving all matters towards resolution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Relevant trade qualification
- 3 - 4 years of experience in a relevant field or internal promotion from within
- Experience in facilities management, retail, or building environments
- Demonstrable experience solving complex trade-related technical issues
