Data Entry Insurance Documentation Loan Processing Customer Service

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hybrid Processor to handle data entry and processing of insurance documentation remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform timely and accurate data entry of insurance documents to meet loan requirements
  • Provide customer service by answering calls and assisting customers and agents with insurance documentation
  • Participate in training sessions and adhere to daily processing goals and schedules
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred experience in Property and Casualty insurance or insurance agency (1 year)
  • Preferred call center experience (1 year)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
