Job Summary
A company is looking for a Hybrid Processor to handle data entry and processing of insurance documentation remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform timely and accurate data entry of insurance documents to meet loan requirements
- Provide customer service by answering calls and assisting customers and agents with insurance documentation
- Participate in training sessions and adhere to daily processing goals and schedules
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred experience in Property and Casualty insurance or insurance agency (1 year)
- Preferred call center experience (1 year)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
