Job Summary
To drive the execution of Renewable Energy Hydro Projects, the full-time remote Hydro Projects Director will manage project strategies, oversee communication with customers, and ensure timely project delivery while maximizing financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement project execution strategies to achieve performance goals
- Manage internal and external communications and maintain customer relationships
- Lead and coach the project team, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities are defined
Required qualifications
- University degree in engineering
- 5 to 15 years of relevant power generation industrial experience
- 3 years of experience as a Project Director
- Experience in international project execution and large construction (EPC) projects
- Fluency in both French and English
