Job Summary
To assist I/O Psychologists and Consultants on workforce assessments and organizational studies, the part-time I/O Psychology Administrative Support Specialist will provide administrative support for federal projects, coordinate meetings and workshops, and maintain project documentation in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for federal I/O Psychology projects
- Coordinate meetings, focus groups, and stakeholder sessions
- Maintain project schedules and documentation, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive data
Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree; relevant training/certification preferred
- Three plus years of administrative support experience for federal or consulting projects
- Experience supporting federal agencies or contractors preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office and data visualization tools
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
