IAC Security Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance multi-cloud CI/CD pipeline security, the full-time contract IAC Security Engineer will lead the implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) security, design custom policies, and collaborate with engineering teams to prevent cloud misconfigurations.
Key responsibilities
- Author and manage custom IaC security rules using OPA/Rego to extend Wiz checks
- Oversee regression testing and staged rollouts to ensure low false-positive rates
- Integrate Wiz CLI and VCS tools into CI/CD pipelines for real-time feedback
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Cloud Security, DevSecOps, or AppSec
- Strong production-grade security experience with Terraform and Kubernetes
- Proven expertise in operating Wiz for IaC scanning and posture management
- Ability to write and test OPA/Rego rules effectively
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline authoring across various platforms
