IAM Analyst
Job Summary
Leading large, complex IAM initiatives, the full-time IAM Analyst will support IAM operations, coordinate cross-functional projects, and maintain hands-on responsibilities for access administration and governance in a healthcare environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with technical and business teams on IAM initiatives and operational activities
- Lead assigned IAM projects from planning through implementation, managing deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communications
- Perform quality assurance reviews of IAM operations and ensure compliance with established processes and security requirements
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in leading technical projects or complex cross-functional initiatives
- 3+ years of experience in access and data management, identity lifecycle management, or user provisioning, preferably in healthcare technology
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities
- Working knowledge of security concepts and technologies related to IAM
- Must comply with all HIPAA rules and regulations
