IAM Continuous Assurance Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team within the Identity & Access Management (IAM) department, the full-time IAM Continuous Assurance Manager will evolve the IAM assurance model to a continuous, risk-based monitoring approach, focusing on Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) controls while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of IAM Continuous Assurance, including automated control monitoring and assurance reporting
• Establish and assess assurance controls related to IGA and PAM, ensuring effective identity governance and remediation of control deficiencies
• Develop risk-based monitoring approaches for critical applications and privileged identities, coordinating with various stakeholders for effective governance

Required Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency
• Experience in IAM, security assurance, IT risk, or audit, with a strong preference for people management experience
• Hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) controls
• Familiarity with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, or equivalent technologies
• Knowledge of security and risk management frameworks like ISO 27001 and NIST
