IAM Engineer
Job Summary
To support identity management operations, the full-time IAM Engineer will execute daily tasks related to user onboarding/offboarding, SSO integrations, and entitlement administration in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Onboard applications to identity platforms using REST APIs and SAML/OIDC templates
- Ensure adherence to least privilege and separation of duties requirements while maintaining audit evidence
- Automate Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes, including provisioning and access reviews
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in IT, security operations, or identity administration
- Strong understanding of identity security concepts, including authentication and authorization
- Familiarity with SAML, OIDC, and IAM concepts such as MFA and RBAC
- Basic scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
