IAM Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Sr. IAM Engineer will maintain and enhance identity infrastructure within Government Cloud systems, focusing on operational excellence, security, and compliance with FedRAMP/DoD requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage operational tasks related to identity provider operations and application lifecycle management
- Collaborate with Engineering and IT teams to integrate solutions and address identity-related issues
- Implement security measures and conduct security impact analysis to ensure compliance with government security controls
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8-11 years or Master's degree with 6-7 years of relevant experience in identity and access management
- Proficiency in Directory Services, Group Policy Management, and DNS
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Experience with AI technologies to enhance decision-making and streamline workflows
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
