IAM Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time IAM Engineer will implement and operate identity and access management solutions, including Single Sign On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and maintain IAM systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements and design, implement, and operate identity solutions under the guidance of senior management
• Administer IAM platforms and provide technical support to resolve incidents and issues
• Create and maintain documentation detailing data flows, security measures, and operational needs of IAM systems

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree in IT or related field, or 8 years of equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy Objects
• 2+ years of experience in cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure/Entra or Amazon
• Experience with Single Sign On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Familiarity with NIST 800-53 Rev 5 IAM requirements and NIST 800-63
