Job Summary
Designing and operating identity and access capabilities, the remote Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer will focus on authentication, authorization, and privilege management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance security and minimize risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement authentication, authorization, and privileged-access capabilities
- Engineer roles, groups, and privilege assignments based on least privilege and separation of duties
- Automate identity provisioning, access reviews, and privilege changes
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience engineering enterprise IAM systems and integrations
- Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management
- Experience managing human and non-human identities, including service and workload identities
- Proficiency in automating identity processes using APIs, scripting, or Infrastructure-as-Code
- Understanding of PKI, secrets management, and modern identity assurance practices
