Job Summary
Leading IAM operations, the full-time IAM Operations Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, performance management, and continuous improvement of Identity and Access Management services while working remotely in Brazil.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee operational performance of IAM throughout the identity lifecycle, including onboarding, movement, and offboarding processes
- Manage service delivery, demand, capacity, backlogs, and incident escalations while ensuring compliance with IAM governance
- Identify and implement automation opportunities and AI use cases within IAM operations to enhance efficiency and security
Required qualifications
- Advanced or fluent English proficiency for leading global meetings and executive communications
- Proven experience in Identity and Access Management operations with a focus on service delivery and continuous improvement
- Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and related IAM technologies
- Experience in managing incidents, SLAs, KPIs, and operational risk controls
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
