IAM Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading IAM operations in a full-time remote capacity, the IAM Operations Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, performance management, risk governance, and continuous improvement of Identity and Access Management services while collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance of IAM throughout the identity lifecycle, including onboarding, movement, and offboarding processes
• Manage service delivery, demand management, incident handling, and critical escalations while ensuring compliance with SLAs and operational controls
• Drive the automation roadmap for IAM, implementing AI-driven improvements and managing risks associated with identity governance and access controls

Required qualifications

• Advanced or fluent English proficiency for global meetings and executive presentations
• Proven experience in Identity and Access Management with a focus on operational services and continuous improvement
• Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and security frameworks
• Experience in incident management, service management, and operational risk controls
• Demonstrated ability to lead automation initiatives and apply AI solutions to enhance IAM efficiency
