IAM Service Integration Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance IAM services, the full-time IAM Service Integration Engineer will assist with delivery, design, and onboarding of IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, and IGA, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather IAM requirements and analyze integration opportunities
- Assist in the onboarding of users and applications to IAM services, including technical validation of identity solutions
- Develop and maintain IAM documentation while providing support and troubleshooting for IAM issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of experience in IAM, Security Engineering, or Identity Operations
- Experience with SailPoint IIQ and CyberArk
- Understanding of authentication protocols such as SAML 2.0, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
- Ability to engage application owners in onboarding readiness discussions
