IAM Vault Administrator

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the IAM Vault Administrator will manage account management, privileged access management, and credential management lifecycle tasks, ensuring compliance and effective vault administration.

Key responsibilities

• Provides end-user support for vault administration and resolves customer escalations
• Monitors and manages access maintenance workflows to meet compliance requirements
• Supports project initiatives and ensures timely documentation of identity lifecycle events

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of IT experience, with familiarity in privileged access management concepts and vault technologies
• Experience managing privileged accounts within a PAM system
• Strong analytic ability and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in information systems or equivalent related work experience
• Familiarity with access controls for enterprise-level information system platforms
