Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time IAPDA Certified Debt Specialist will engage customers through various channels, analyze client portfolios to develop effective debt resolution strategies, and collaborate with cross-department teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Successfully acquire new customers through prospecting and inbound inquiries
- Engage with existing customers via phone, email, and SMS to provide exceptional service
- Analyze client portfolios to determine optimal strategies for financial freedom and achieve monthly KPIs
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience as a Debt Specialist or Debt Resolution Specialist
- Currently or formerly IAPDA certified
- Strong business acumen and professionalism
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
