IB & Affiliate Manager
Job Summary
To support growth in key Asian markets, the full-time remote IB & Affiliate Manager will search for and onboard partners, manage various compensation models, and optimize partner performance.
Key responsibilities
- Search and onboard IBs, affiliates, and ad platforms in the region
- Manage CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and Lot compensation models
- Monitor partner performance and identify new growth opportunities
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an affiliate manager or in business development within Forex/CFD
- Understanding of regulated broker operations
- Existing network of IBs/partners in the Middle East is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with affiliate models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid
- Fluency in English
