Job Summary
To expand the partner network in key markets, the full-time remote IB & Affiliate Manager will search for and onboard IBs and affiliates, support partners through activation, and manage various compensation models while optimizing partner performance.
Key responsibilities
- Search and onboard IBs, affiliates, and ad platforms in the region
- Support partners through activation and ongoing collaboration
- Monitor partner performance and identify new growth opportunities
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an affiliate manager or in business development within Forex/CFD
- Understanding of regulated broker operations
- Existing network of IBs/partners in the Middle East is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with affiliate models such as CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid
- Fluency in English
