IBM Maximo Trainer
Job Summary
To develop and deliver training programs for IBM Maximo, the full-time remote IBM Maximo Trainer will conduct instructor-led sessions, create training materials, and support system implementations and process improvements while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective user adoption.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions and materials for IBM Maximo system configuration and implementation
- Participate in Agile sprint activities to support project planning and continuous improvement
- Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions and provide senior-level guidance on training documentation and system enhancements
Required qualifications:
- US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a trainer and business analyst
