Job Summary
Experienced IBM MDM Tool & DataPower SMEs / Developers will find a remote opportunity focused on providing administration, development, and technical support across various identity management tools, including Java-based application development and integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer ServiceNow for incident, request, and change management, including workflows and user access
- Build and maintain Toolkit and APDS functionality using Java and related technologies
- Support MDM tools and PSIM environments, including configuration, troubleshooting, and integration support
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with IBM DataPower administration, development, and integration
- Experience with ServiceNow implementation and administration
- Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) tools and data management
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
