IBM MQ Integration Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting a vital federal institution, the remote IBM MQ Integration Engineer will design, build, and deploy innovative integration solutions while collaborating with technology professionals to enhance economic, financial, and payments systems on an 18-month contract basis.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement IBM MQ and IBM MFT architecture and integration solutions
- Utilize Infrastructure as Code tools to automate deployment processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration within cloud environments
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with IBM MQ and Integration Engineering practices
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure, including S3, EC2, and Lambda
- Proficiency in Python scripting and automation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
