ICAM Migration SME with Secret Clearance

Job Summary

Serving as the primary technical director for access management and identity governance, the full-time ICAM Migration Subject Matter Expert (SME) with Secret Clearance will design and execute high-throughput application onboarding processes remotely, ensuring compliance with security policies and facilitating seamless integration of legacy workloads across enterprise platforms like Okta and SailPoint.

Key responsibilities:

• Integrate access management and identity governance into a unified Zero Trust architecture across enterprise environments
• Design and implement scalable application onboarding and migration processes to minimize disruption while integrating legacy and modern workloads
• Develop standardized migration playbooks and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure secure and repeatable ICAM transitions

Required qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise ICAM Identity and Access Management for federal customers
• Okta Certified Consultant Certification
• Active Secret Clearance or higher
• Hands-on experience with enterprise identity platforms such as Okta and SailPoint
• Strong knowledge of Zero Trust principles and enterprise identity security architectures
