ICF Credentialed Leadership Designer
Job Summary
To support leadership development initiatives, the part-time ICF Credentialed Leadership Designer will diagnose leadership effectiveness, design bespoke interventions, and create scalable leadership-development solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness using evidence-based methods to identify root causes and translate them into actionable development strategies
- Design and implement high-impact leadership interventions and scalable programs that align with business outcomes
- Facilitate and coach senior leaders and teams, using ICF-credentialed methodologies to enhance their development and address organizational needs
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or related fields
- 5+ years in a Learning & Development or leadership-design function
- ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC) required
- Proven expertise in designing leadership-development solutions from discovery through launch
- Demonstrated mastery in leader and team diagnosis, including 360 design and stakeholder analysis
