ICF Licensed Leadership Development Partner

Job Summary

To support prioritized leaders and teams, the full-time ICF Licensed Leadership Development Partner will focus on diagnosing leadership effectiveness, designing bespoke development interventions, and providing executive coaching, all while collaborating with HR partners and leveraging insights across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness using evidence-based methods to identify root causes and design actionable interventions
• Design and deliver tailored leader and team development experiences that align with business outcomes
• Coach executive leaders using ICF-credentialed methodology to enhance their leadership capacity and organizational impact

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or a related field
• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a leadership development function
• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC) required for this coaching role
• Demonstrated expertise in leader and team diagnosis, including 360 design/debrief and organizational analysis
• Experience in designing and facilitating high-impact, bespoke development experiences for executive leaders
