Idaho Licensed ABA Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

To support the onboarding of new hires, the full-time Idaho Licensed ABA Onboarding Specialist will manage the onboarding process from offer acceptance through the start date, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, serving as the primary point of contact throughout
• Collect, review, and track required employment and onboarding documentation, coordinating background checks and other pre-employment requirements
• Maintain accurate employee records and onboarding trackers while identifying and communicating potential delays or issues proactively

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in onboarding, recruiting, HR, staffing, or a related administrative role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, or staffing experience is a plus
