Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, the Idaho Licensed Addiction Medicine Provider will provide patient assessments, develop treatment plans for substance use disorders, and manage medication therapies, primarily in a remote capacity with occasional on-site coverage in Boise and Caldwell clinics.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with substance use disorders
  • Initiate and manage patients on buprenorphine and other maintenance medications
  • Collaborate with behavioral health teams and document care in the EMR system
Required qualifications
  • Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
  • Active DEA license
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered addiction care
  • No prior addiction medicine experience required
