Idaho Licensed Senior Technical Accountant

Job Summary

Supporting complex accounting matters under U.S. GAAP and IFRS, the full-time salaried Idaho Licensed Senior Technical Accountant will research, document, and implement technical accounting analyses while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external auditors in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Research and develop accounting conclusions for complex transactions and new accounting standards
• Prepare technical accounting memoranda and analyses for review, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS
• Coordinate with external auditors and third-party firms to provide documentation and resolve technical questions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive accounting experience, including technical accounting
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP; working knowledge of IFRS preferred
• Ability to communicate complex accounting matters clearly to both accounting and non-accounting stakeholders
