Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Identity Access Management Operations Manager will oversee supervisory responsibilities, including team management, performance appraisals, and problem resolution while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage team operations, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Direct and assign work tasks, addressing employee complaints and resolving issues
• Ensure adherence to identity lifecycle processes and operational compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Technology or Identity and Access Management operations
• Prior supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and operational reporting
• Relevant certifications in identity and access management or information security are preferred
