Identity and Access Management Analyst

Job Summary

To support the security operations, the full-time Identity and Access Management Analyst I will manage day-to-day security solutions, assist in the implementation of IAM policies, and collaborate on security assessments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the planning and design of enterprise security architecture focused on Identity Access Management
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of new security solutions and enhancements to existing systems
• Monitor security solutions and respond to security incidents, ensuring compliance with IAM policies

Required qualifications

• College diploma or university degree in Cybersecurity or related field, or two years equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in an Identity Access Management role
• 1+ years of experience with Cloud-based security technologies
• Familiarity with IAM concepts such as user provisioning and access control
• Ability to obtain relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or AWS Certified Security - Specialty within a specified timeframe after employment
