Identity and Access Management Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Identity and Access Management team, the full-time Sr. Manager, Identity and Access Management will develop and implement security strategies, manage IAM technology and services, and ensure compliance with security standards, all while working remotely with the option to collaborate in Hoffman Estates, IL or Austin, TX as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a robust identity and access management security strategy while partnering across security, technology, and business teams
• Architect, design, and operate IAM, PAM, IGA, and Secrets Management solutions to enhance security posture
• Oversee user account lifecycle management processes and collaborate with Security Operations for effective monitoring and response capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (Master's preferred) or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8 years in identity and access management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience securing Microsoft 365 environments and managing privileged access in hybrid on-premises/cloud setups
• Extensive experience in user lifecycle automation using modern IGA tools
• Proven ability to collaborate with product and platform teams on secrets management for application development
