Identity and Access Management Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the strategic vision for Identity and Access Management programs aligned with organizational objectives and compliance requirements
- Oversee multiple IAM projects concurrently, ensuring on-time delivery, within scope, and within budget
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards while managing relationships with IAM vendors
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management, with 5+ years in Identity and Access Management
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure/Entra ID
- Relevant Cybersecurity Certification(s) (CISSP, CISA, CIAM, etc.) and a BS degree in Computer Science, IT Security or related field
- Experience with identity management, role/attribute-based access control, and authentication systems
- Prior knowledge of RESTful API industry standards and experience with Microsoft Graph API, OAuth2.0, OIDC
