Identity and Card Services Architect
Job Summary
Providing architectural and operational leadership, the remote VHIC Identity and Card Services Architect will manage day-to-day operations, troubleshoot system issues, and oversee card issuance and replacement processes for the Department of Veterans Affairs' Veteran Health Identification Card services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide architectural and operational leadership for VHIC identity and card services
- Support reliable day-to-day operations of identity and card service platforms
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution of operational incidents
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Understanding of identity validation and identity lifecycle processes
- Knowledge of system integration and troubleshooting
- Active Secret clearance is required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
