Identity Architect
Job Summary
Serving as the senior technical authority for the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program, the full-time Identity Architect will manage the architecture, engineering, and automation of enterprise identity services while collaborating with various teams to enhance security and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction and engineering roadmap for the IAM program, establishing architecture standards and best practices
- Design and maintain IAM solutions across various platforms, focusing on automation and integration with HR and ITSM systems
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and evaluate emerging IAM technologies to support regulatory compliance and enhance identity security
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IAM, Identity Engineering, or Cybersecurity Engineering
- Relevant certifications such as SC-300, CISSP, or CISM
- Deep expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and access governance
- Advanced experience in PowerShell scripting and automation
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
