Identity Policy Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a federal government client's identity, credential, and access management (ICAM) program, the mid-level Identity Policy Analyst will assess current capabilities, identify gaps in alignment with federal policies, and develop actionable recommendations, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the current-state ICAM environment to establish a baseline of existing capabilities
• Identify gaps between current-state capabilities and target-state requirements, focusing on Zero Trust principles
• Develop findings and risk-informed recommendations to advance ICAM and Zero Trust maturity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Public Policy, or a related field, with 4+ years of relevant experience; or 6+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Demonstrated experience with ICAM programs, cybersecurity policy, or federal IT policy and compliance
• Working knowledge of GSA's FICAM Playbook and its application to agency ICAM programs
• Familiarity with Zero Trust principles and frameworks, including NIST SP 800-207
• Experience assessing current-state environments and developing practical recommendations and roadmaps
