Identity Verification Specialist

Job Summary

As a full-time Identity Verification Senior Specialist, the individual will validate and confirm Identity Verification alerts to minimize fraud and organizational risk, while analyzing results to identify patterns and trends, and communicating effectively with internal partners.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and analyze complex Identity Verification alerts related to Fraud and AML risk to mitigate potential losses
• Conduct comprehensive investigations using multiple sources and document evidence accordingly
• Identify trends of suspicious activity in digital applications and make recommendations to mitigate associated risks

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Minimum 3 years in back-office banking operations with an understanding of risk, fraud, and/or AML processes
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
• Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills
