Idira Partner Architect

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic technical advisor in a fully remote capacity, the Idira Partner Architect will drive pre-sales excellence through technical enablement, client engagement, and solution strategy, while collaborating with internal teams and partners across the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver detailed presentations and demonstrations of partner technologies to internal teams and clients
• Define and document solution architectures and collaborate with client advisory teams to ensure best practices
• Support client retention through advisory assessments and conduct workshops to maximize solution adoption

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on enterprise identity security experience across domains such as IAM, PAM, and IGA
• Experience with enterprise identity security platforms like CyberArk/IDIRA, Ping Identity, or Okta
• Strong expertise in at least one identity security domain and working knowledge of adjacent domains
• Understanding of modern privileged access controls and machine identity security concepts
• Familiarity with hybrid infrastructure, cloud platforms, APIs, and automation for integrating security controls
