IDR Analyst (State Licensed)

Job Summary

Supporting healthcare dispute resolution workflows, the full-time remote IDR Analyst (State Licensed) will manage dispute cases through the arbitration process, ensuring accurate review, submission, and tracking of claims at both federal and state levels.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate dispute eligibility and documentation to ensure compliance with federal or state-specific requirements
• Research and interpret state regulatory requirements, translating findings into clear instructions for team operations
• Monitor shared inboxes and correspondence, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate case closures

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in revenue cycle operations, claims management, or reimbursement/insurance operations
• Experience with medical billing or coding, including familiarity with EOBs and reimbursement codes
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including the use of pivot tables for data tracking
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in reviewing documentation and determining next steps
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and exercise independent judgment in operational tasks
