IDR Lead Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as a senior subject matter expert, the remote IDR Lead Analyst will oversee end-to-end IDR workflows, ensuring compliance and accuracy in dispute submissions while mentoring analysts and driving data-informed improvements across client portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee IDR workflow for assigned clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance in submissions
• Audit and validate analyst submissions for adherence to federal and state IDR requirements
• Mentor IDR Analysts on complex cases and manage advanced reconciliation tasks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or payer disputes, with at least 2+ years in IDR or OON operations
• Deep understanding of No Surprises Act requirements and arbitration processes
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and healthcare data systems (e.g., Epic, Athena)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities
