Illinois Billing and Coding Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing medical practice, the full-time Illinois Billing and Coding Associate will enter payments into an EMR system, generate patient invoices, and manage patient account communications remotely while adhering to HIPAA regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile cash batches from Reception and Dispensary departments
• Collect, post, and manage patient account payments and prepare patient statements
• Review delinquent accounts and contact patients for collection purposes

Required qualifications

• Official High School Transcripts, Diploma, or Equivalency Certificate
• Ability to navigate between different tabs and systems on the computer
