Illinois Licensed Adolescent Therapist
Job Summary
To support a growing virtual practice, the remote Illinois Licensed Adolescent Therapist will conduct individual therapy sessions, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients in crisis.
Key responsibilities
- Completing initial intake evaluations to determine diagnosis and appropriateness for the program
- Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in treatment sessions
- Coordinating care with patients' individual providers to ensure continuity of care
Required qualifications
- Active, full clinical license as a Psychologist or Master's level therapist
- 2+ years of clinical work experience post-Master's (strongly preferred)
- Knowledge and experience with CBT and DBT, as well as other evidence-based therapies
- Experience working with patients in crisis, ideally in partial hospitalization or intensive outpatient settings
