Job Summary
To enhance the efficiency of healthcare operations, the full-time remote Illinois Licensed Automation Developer will design, build, test, and maintain robotic process automation (RPA) solutions for Epic Revenue Cycle workflows while collaborating with various departments to identify automation opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using UiPath to automate Revenue Cycle workflows
- Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing prior to production deployment and monitor bot performance
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational data security standards while participating in RPA governance activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of hands-on RPA development experience using UiPath and Epic EHR
- Solid understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes including claims submission and payment posting
- Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (VB.NET, C#, or Python)
- 5-8 years of related work experience in lieu of educational experience
