Job Summary
To streamline Epic Revenue Cycle workflows, the full-time remote Illinois Licensed Automation Developer will design, build, test, deploy, and maintain robotic process automation (RPA) solutions while collaborating with Revenue Cycle operations and IT teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop RPA bots using UiPath to automate manual Revenue Cycle workflows
- Conduct testing, monitor bot performance, and maintain documentation for automation processes
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational data security standards while identifying opportunities for process improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of hands-on RPA development experience using UiPath and Epic EHR
- Solid understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes including claims submission and payment posting
- Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (VB.NET, C#, or Python)
- 5-8 years of related work experience in lieu of educational experience
