To support a growing claims team, the fully remote Illinois Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster will investigate and confirm facts of loss for automobile accidents, evaluate liability, and negotiate claims for timely resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate auto claims, assessing coverage, liability, and damages with limited discretion
- Review and negotiate basic injury claims while ensuring effective customer service
- Identify potential subrogation or fraud issues and address them appropriately
Required qualifications
- Active Illinois adjuster license
- Basic understanding of insurance policies and industry practices
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex claim situations
- Experience with MMR preferred but not required
- Customer service experience in a claims environment
