Illinois Licensed Care Management Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising a remote care coordination team, the full-time Illinois Licensed Care Management Supervisor will manage day-to-day escalations and care management issues for long-term care members, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing guidance to team members.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and review documentation to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
• Assign caseloads and work assignments based on state requirements and team capabilities
• Provide coaching and guidance to improve member and provider experiences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of related experience in care management or equivalent experience
• Experience in long-term services and supports (LTSS) and waiver programs
• Prior lead or supervisory experience
• Knowledge of federal and state care management regulations
