To support a growing personal injury firm, the full-time Illinois Licensed Case Qualification Specialist will review exception cases, engage empathetically with clients, and provide recommendations to managing attorneys on whether to sign, refer, or decline cases, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Review exception cases to identify injuries, liability, and potential red flags
- Engage with prospective clients and families, asking insightful follow-up questions
- Document case details in intake systems and recommend improvements for agent training
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of personal injury law experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly with seriously injured clients
