Job Summary

Managing a caseload of complex and litigated workers' compensation claims, the full-time Illinois Licensed Claims Adjuster will work remotely to investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims while ensuring compliance with jurisdictional regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage workers' compensation claims from initial report through final resolution and closure
• Investigate, evaluate, and manage complex and litigated claims in accordance with company standards
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved to facilitate timely claim resolution

Required qualifications

• Minimum five years of Illinois workers' compensation claims adjusting experience
• Strong knowledge of Illinois workers' compensation statutes, case law, and regulatory requirements
• Familiarity with workers' compensation regulations in other Midwestern states (preferred)
