To support a growing claims team, the fully remote Illinois Licensed Claims Adjuster will manage and resolve complex workers' compensation claims, ensuring effective communication with all parties involved while adhering to regulatory and corporate policies.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to resolve claims effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, demonstrating empathy throughout the claims process

Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years of related claims experience
- Active and appropriately licensed in all states where claims are handled
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
