Job Summary
Providing outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Illinois Licensed Clinical Counselor will work remotely, managing a caseload of clients and conducting therapy sessions Monday to Friday with flexible shift options.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct therapy sessions and manage a portfolio of clients through telehealth
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
- Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals while utilizing technology effectively
Required qualifications
- Master's level degree in counseling or a related field with appropriate licensure
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
- Ability to maintain a private workspace for HIPAA compliance during telehealth sessions
