Job Summary
Providing outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Illinois Licensed Clinical Counselor will work remotely to deliver mental health care, focusing on treatment planning and client partnership, with a Monday to Friday schedule and no weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients via telehealth
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments
- Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals
Required qualifications
- Master's level degree and licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
- Ability to maintain a private work-from-home space compliant with HIPAA standards
